In stock items usually ship within 72 hours of your order being placed. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday or US Federal Holidays. USPS Priority Mail Shipping usually arrives within 2-4 days after the order leaves our store. (excluding Sunday and Holidays)


All sales will be subject to 8.25% sales tax.


We carry a wide range of apparel by different designers. We have posted the size charts that have been provided by the various manufacturers. If a manufacturer is not listed then they have not furnished a size chart. Please use these Size Charts as a guide in making your children's boutique clothing selections. Each child is unique, and we cannot guarantee the fit of a garment. We also cannot provide specific measurements of garments.


Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise that is not yet in stock, but is scheduled to ship at a future date. The items will be reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We will then ship the items to you as they arrive in our store. Delivery dates are an estimation given to us by the manufacturer and we have no guarantee of the actual date. Pre-ordering can be paid in full, or if you prefer, use coupon code "PREORDER" to put a 50% deposit against your order. If you choose to use the coupon code the remaining 50% will be charged when your items ship. We will notify you via email and let you know when your items will be shipping. If you are unable to pay the remaining balance or you cancel your order in writing PRIOR to the shipping date, then the items will be returned to inventory and the 50% deposit we be refunded to you in the form of store credit only. Pre-orders are non-refundable, however they may be returned for a full store credit or a size exchange (if available) within 14 days of receipt of order. If the manufacturer cannot fulfill our complete order, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued to you. Pre-ordering will only be available for a limited time prior to inventory being received. If you are unsure of the pre-order policy or need other assistance please feel free to contact us. All Pre-orders will receive FREE SHIPPING!


All orders are processed as quickly as possible. If you absolutely need to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of order placement. Any orders cancelled later than this will be charged a 15% restocking fee.


We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. ~All return or exchange requests must be made with 7 days from receipt of your order. After 7 days we are unable to accept returns for any reason. ~ An authorization number is required on exchanges and returns. Please make the request to Within 48 hours you will receive an email containing authorization number with instructions. ~Please ship returns promptly after the return authorization number is issued. We allow 7 days shipping time once the return authorization number is issued. ~ Clothing must be in new condition AND original tags must be attached. ~ Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If the original order received free shipping and the total falls below $100.00 after the return a $16.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.  Our policy is to issue a store credit voucher for you to use within 90 days of issue.  If a refund is requested and for orders which were placed at a special event you may return your product for a refund less $16.95 for shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.  All refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
